Your to-do list for this weekend

DSCF8981-Tell someone that you think they’re awesome.  Better yet, tell five people that you think they’re awesome.

- Eat something you’ve never tried before.

- Move your body in a way that makes you happy for as long as you feel like it.

- Wear something that makes you feel beautiful.

- Go outside, even if only for ten minutes.

DSCF8523- Think of something you’ve always wanted to do.  Now do one thing that brings you a step closer to doing it.

-Find something to laugh at.  There’s always something.

- Change something in your bedroom.  Move your furniture, add a wall-hanging, pick up your dirty socks and throw them in the wash basket.

- Take ten deep breaths.

- Smile.
